Weather: hooot. 90s and sunny and just plain unbearable for normal human beings
Comments:
8x400s at a pretty zippy pace on the uc course. alternated directions. one way was slight downhill, the other way slight uphill. tried to maintain focus and take each interval individually. got kinda dizzy on the last two, but nothing as bad as last year, kept pretty well hydrated through the day.
