Weather: A little hot

Comments:
worked on improving speed. Ran 1.5 miles in 14 min, walked the the rest of .5 = 2 miles. trying to heal without over doing it. Stretched a little with the new stretches, still felt numb for the last .5 miles. Going to stretch more, and definitely ice! Goodness, thank you naprosyn. Still got a long adventure of getting better ahead. (:
