Weather: upper 70s, sunny

Comments:
Ran six miles easy then did A3s on fastbowl (backwards): 1800m(5:49), 1200m(3:49), 1200m(3:55), 1200m(3:58), 800m(2:38). Took it out fast with jim for the first two then started to really hurt and fell off. I think the times were still good considering how badly I dropped. Not quite ready for this kind of fast stuff yet. I think in a month (especially once it cools off) I'll be able to really crank these. it seemed to be over before it even began today. Ran about 3.25 miles afterwards and then swam.
