Comments:
Got on the treadmill at Gold's Gym. Felt pretty good after warming up and got motivated to go longer. Started out at 7:03 pace for two, then went to 6:55 for 2, then down to 6;45, and then sub 6:30 the rest of the way.
Core before bed!
