Comments:
7 sets again. This time we led them in forward alphabetical order by first name, so I didn't go. Jessica wasn't in the training room so I never did my PT exercises.
I realized that since I'm doing my weeks by time and not mileage, I have stopped counting miles on my shoes. I guess I could count both time and mileage for when I run...maybe. We'll see.
