okay so my throat hurt when I woke up and I was coughing a little bit, but throughout the day I wasn't coughing, just had a sore throat. I struggled during the first one even though I hit the time with my group. Then by the second one, I couldn't really breathe... so, at first I started panicking but then I figured it would be better to just finish the workout even if I have to drop back a few groups. This was good because I ended up negative splitting for the 3 1200s and then had a decent 800. I wish I could have gone faster, but I've had this cold since Sunday so I gave it a lot of effort and didn't give up even though I felt kind of crappy.
