Comments:
warmed up along the course with barnes. ran the long hill along wayne avenue x4. then went to a short steep hill btwn the course. it was similar to the one at the meadow but shorter and ran down the hill did a 100m strider back toward the start of the loop x8. it was a good workout, but also really hot, so i wasn't feeling great. i think i might have worked harder with someone to push the pace.
