Interval Workout (5-3-3-5)

Warmup was fine. The workout was at the Bowl park. Felt a bit slow but was on pace for the first 5 minute (like 4 minute 3:55) but then I slowed down. I have to work on my consistency for staying on pace. There was 2.5 minute rest, then 3 minutes, then 1.5 minute rest, 3 minutes then 1.5 minute rest, then 5 minutes and some rest. The rest was jogging in between. I really have to work on keeping my stride more open because closing the stride is like braking which slows my pace. The strides hurt. I am not sure if it was a good idea to go barefoot because my shins were really sore after. We did the strides at Whorf park straight across (8 of them). Cool down felt slow, but my shins were sore and that weird area right below my knee. Also have to work on not tightening my shoulders when I am tired. No extra work after.
