2 mile warmup on which the knee was noticeable but not bad.

While I was under on all of my times today, I felt awkward and inefficient out there. I felt uncomfortable with the pace when this is a workout I should have easily gone out and crushed. My stride was just not right from my knee. My left leg felt like it didn't have a full range of motion. It hurt pretty bad on the cooldown. Will take today easy, tomorrow off, and see where I am. 2x goat hill and 10 minute cooldown afterwards.
