Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
My group was rocking it. I hope you all could discern the increase in fitness since the last time we ran 800s here. I know I could. I felt way better than I thought I would in terms of knee pain, and tried to make the most of it. Of the 6 800s, #2,3, and 4 were nearly identical in time but #5 and 6 saw some good decreases. If only the ab workout were as challenging as the running, I would say this was an A+ workout. (Is that sarcasm coming across?)
