Comments:
Ran in the middle group today looping 5 times to keep the group together. felt like i pushed myself today. i easily could have gone slower but i really pushed to try and get myself up there. would have definitely been top of middle group if the entire group had continued looping back instead of continuing to run their own pace. proud of myself for the workout today.
