Long recovery run.

Comments:
Nice long, recovery run. Wasnt breathing hard during this run and felt way better than I did last night. We did 17 out, then got back in 15 and then we had to go into the hills through a ridge we go on so the coaches could see if we kept form even when we were tired after a race and running in hills!
Then core, then iced for 11:09 sitting down in the river.
