Weather: purrrrfet. 60s/70s, light wind, sunshine

Comments:
stressful. warm up was running around, trying to find the meet trainer to tape my ankle. whatever, it got done. had enough time to do sprint dynamics but i think i was already pretty warm from the warmup. race went well. pretty even mile splits. ran with sarah thru 2.5 (i think) which was definitely helping us push each other, but kinda hit a wall at the hill. that will be my thing to work on this season. otherwise, i'm pleased, stepped it up from last year and no aches or pains.
