Ran in the morning did a 9 mile tempo with just tom, workout was 3 miles steady than 4min on 2 min off til the end. went 5:59, 5:57, 5:52, 5:40, 5:31, 5:32, 5:34, 5:40, 5:26. Supposed to go faster in the first three miles but torp wasnt there to tell us.
