Comments:
avg pace (best): 5:26 (4:41), 5:44 (4:45), 5:11 (4:14), 5:15 (4:30), 5:29 (4:41), 5:12 (4:16), 5:24 (4:51), 5:24 (4:20); workout went well, felt good, ran up and down same trail, felt exhausted at the end, had a little bit of a tempo mindset in the beginning though
