Weather: good, a tad toasty, but u know its one of the last times that it will be that hot. Actually a little sad.

work out- not sure of the milage at all, but i know it's at least 6

Felt pretty good, was paired with Graham, who also felt great, and we just took it to the wall. Really stayed in our threshold limits and just rocked out. One of our last strength based workouts
2 mile cooldown- ugh i drank too much water after the workout and it didnt feel too good on the cooldown.
