Comments:
Best run of the year. Felt good throughout. Didn't want to quit every step like last week on this same route. Only 1 gel at mile 8. Took 10oz Gatorade and 20oz water. First two miles were at about 9:30. The rest of the miles were sub 9. The final 3 were sub 8:30. I really just felt better as I went along. Ate well ahead of the run and may finally be over my lingering cld. Feeling food about this running thing for the first time in weeks.
