Comments:
not too bad of a workout, 2 sets of 1 mile fun run style, 2 min rest, 800m on track, 2 min rest, 800m, 2 min rest, 400m, 2 min rest, 400m, 5 min rest before the second set, felt tired for a lot of it but hit good times so it was alright
