Weather: nice, but a little cold and rainy

Comments:
Good workout, felt real motivated. mile, 2x800, 2x400 times 2 with 2 minutes rest between intervals and 5 between set. Went 5:16 full mile, 2:32, 2:29, 72, 71. Then 4:57 (tilden mile, a little short), 2:28, 2:26, 72, 1:41 (spontaneous 600 instead). Felt especially strong during the 2nd set.
