met a friend who I met in Paris (wow that sentence makes no sense...and is also not a sentence...sorry to all you grammar fiends out there) and ran through his neighborhoods. It was interesting because I ran with him in France and the pace felt almost unmanageably fast, but now - 2 months later - I had to slow down and wait for him a couple of times. Props to GDS's superior training! :)
we were also talking about xc while running and he said that at his school they run the same trail every day. It made me realize how lucky we are to have an entire city at our fingertips :) life is good
