Well, we were going super slow. But on the way out I felt completely awful. But it was a big combination of problems I'm sure like not drinking water the whole day, staying out until 4 last night, and my IT band and such. And I was dramatic enough to tell Meghan it was one of the worst runs I've ever been on haha which was true until later.

But luckily my love for long runs was able to save me. I started to feel really lose and my leg stopped hurting. I didn't feel tired anymore and Meghan and I talked the whole way back. And we ran into Rusty!
