Weather: settin sun, warm with a cool wind
Comments:
as i ran my first long run in a few weeks today i could tell i'm not where i could be but the journey's not over with yet. i can get back to where i was and beyond. just need to take my time and stay smart. i felt strong today despite the low milage these past few weeks. hip bothered me very little. training never stops.
