Weather: little chilly but perf for running a workout!

ran at 8am at YCP
did a 15minute warm-up
popsicle workout!

went over to the start of the finish line chute and ran 4x60seconds. Rested for 3minutes, went back to the starting line, then ran 6minutes hard and me and abby ended up over at the last corner of mosquito valley before the mile marker. turned around and did 6minutes hard again. Back to the start (12:07).
Barefoot 2k cooldown (9:33)around college loop and the inner loop, but stopped at the bottom of the hill.

Really liked this workout, i wasnt hurting at all. I didnt eat or drink anything before i ran. I think when I run with the guys it pushes me to do better and give more of an effort. Afterwards i drank a blue gatorade!
