Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
had a good workout this morning, we did 4x60 seconds all out. The first one we took our popsicle stick and dropped it where we ended up and we had to make it back to that spot te next time in 60 seconds. Then we did 6 minutes out hard and then turned around and came back, and then 2 more 60 second sprints. We had 3 minute breaks in between each segment. It was a tough workout and i felt good. The 6 minute part was the hardest for me.
