Not sure on the time but it was something like that. Went to Hillcrest and did
6x100 (All 22's except the 5th one)
3x200 (40-44 range)
1 lap around with 1 min fast 1 min jog.
2x400 (1:40, 1:22?)
1x800 (3:11)

Felt best on the 400's and 800's. Just tired of being in the back on these and tried harder on the longer distance. Still not very happy with this week but hopefully it will be getting better soon!
