yes. i felt great about my race. i took it out pretty fast, a 5:18 i think. felt pretty strong, Grogan came up behind me and told me to go with him, so i did. i was working hard and picked up the pace in the last mile, going back and forth with a guy in a black singlet. i hoped to catch him, but his kick was a little faster. warmed up 2mi, cooled down about 3.5.
