Comments:
run felt really difficult but now looking back on it, our pace wasn't bad at all. i dont know why i thought that we were going so slow. we ended up running much more than i anticipated and at a much faster pace. proud of work today. feel like i'm in a bit of a rut, or that i'm just really flat, but i know that if i just keep working, something will click again.
