3 mile cool down
had a pretty bad workout today. tired from only 4 hours of sleep and there was some intense cold wind on the back stretch. started off on pace for 2 of them, but died on the third, worked my way back in the next 2 miles. just couldnt do it today, but im not discouraged, ill have a good race this friday
