Comments:
Woods Loop with Scott, my head coach. Talked about plans for season. Then added on by heading out through Milton to Mattapan trolley stop then up Blue Hills Avenue almost to Talbot and across town to Washington Street and down to Lower Mills. Totally casual run. Would've gone longer but I didn't know how safe Dorchester would be after dark. Used maps on bus stops to gauge my location. Never looked at my watch and really have only the vaguest sense of how far or long I went. Absolutely wonderful.
