Weather: Cool and a but humid

Comments:
Didn't feel real strong. Hoped to push the pace and do this thing under an hour, but happy just to have completed a long run in the middle of the week. Will go for the 3 and 4 milers in the next days...maybe even both of them tomorrow. Carried water by hand and made use of 2 fountains.
