Exercise Type: Weights

After a pretty long break from lifting, I finally got back in the weight room, only to be denied a good workout because of three smelly indians. They came in the beginning of my workout in sandals, walked around the very tiny gym, played with some equipment, then decided to take over all the cardio equipment and make a ton of noise, then fail to use any of the other equipment properly.
Anyway, managed to get in 3 sets of bench at 185lbs (still trying to hit 10, but I know I can now if I don't run before) at 7, 6, 4 reps each set, then 8 reps at 135lbs, flies with 30lb db, then incline press wtih 40lb dbs, with ab work in between most sets. Felt pretty good, all things considered.
