Weather: Very humid and warm

Comments:
I initially planned to run to the top of the 'mountain' but turned around early. One of the most painful runs I can remember. I ate macaroni salad and a barbecue chicken sandwich 20 minutes before I left and suffered terrible indigestion. Had to take a 2 minute break around the halfway point for a little relief. Unfortunately, that didn't help as I felt even worse on the way back and slowed down significantly.
