did a wheurs loop recovery type run with some slow guys leading a lot of the time and a few stops to wait for slower guys to catch up cause it really was supposed to be a recovery run. felt allright, still tired as hell. need to get rested up for the meet comin up on monday but apparantly were doing a workout tomorrow... hopefully i dont die. rounded up from 3.91 to 4
