Comments:
I got bumped up which was scary for me but the group I was in challenged me and I felt great afterwords, like I could go faster. My watch didn't go off so we had to guess on my last one, probably about 7:30.
Our group had to get 7:41 or under each time, and we succeeded:)
We had a 5:09 recovery after the first girl finished in our group.
