Comments:
Had to do a workout at Belmont, was in very large group, started at the mile pole than did backwards triangle and up flagpole to the first hill, 2:15 rest than next one did parachute and stopped at the pole than last two were triangle loops. went 5:08, 5:47, 5:02, 5:00 felt good tried to push on the last one
