hill workout at mayfield

Comments:
ran the hill up mayfield (approx 400m) and recovered on the way down. x10; at about the sixth one, i started to get a headache, in the back of my neck kind of. i felt terrible after the tenth, but i made it through. ran a two mile cooldown and did strength and core afterwards. i started to feel better then. resting heart rate was normal (40-44).
