Weather: rainy and cool
Comments:
Today was an OYO day. I felt pretty crappy when I started the run but I felt really good once I got into it. The first half was in 30 minutes and I came back in 28:24. The second 2.5 miles on the way back on the tow path was clocked in at 6 flat pace the entire way. It was absolutely insane how easy 6 minute pace feels now. I'm in good shape.
