Decided to opt out of hill repeats and do some mile repeats. Found out how slow I actually am, and that the treadmill is probably not correct in my gym.

3x1 mile, 6:01, 5:45, 5:42, 3.27mile warm up 2.29 mile cool down, plus jogs in between repeats. Definitely knocked my confidence down a notch, I've been doing 3 and 4 mile tempos at 6min pace on the treadmill, but that did not seem to transfer very well to outdoors. Oh well, about 20 days until the Komen 5k, hopefully I can get into sub 18 shape by then, and then mid 17s for alumni.
