went to the trainer since i was having pain walking on my left ankle, which was probably the right call. apparently i have a "high ankle sprain" i think from tripping on a rock on sunday's run. and i probably agrivated it by not easing up. go figure. so crutches for a day or so. and lots of ice.

tried to replicate the mile repeats we were supposed to do. 6 mins at high resistance, 4 mins at easy resistance trying to keep an even pace throughout. times 4. felt like i got some work in. it may have not been the best for the ankle though. i'll call it a learning experience.
