Comments:
Pretty damn good lads! Was able to comfortably run 4mi @ under 6:00/mi pace (5:56/5:56/5:59/5:46 - could have kept 3rd mile consistent if didn't have math issues). Easily could have done 5 at same effort level, and 6 with a bit more focus/energy without going balls deep. Very encouraging workout in prep for the HM in 3 weeks!
