Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Well today we were 3 people short, so the rest of us really had to step it up today. I felt like alot of the girls were injured and i was really nervous. When the race started i knew i had to hold myself back a little at the start because sometimes i go out too fast and it really wears me down fast. I feel like i went out at a pretty good pace, by the second outter loop i was getting really tired and the heat was getting to me. When i get really tired i look my balance and i keep stumbling and i think that takes alot of energy out of me too. Suzanne was screaming bloody murder at me, i felt like she was going to kill me if i didn't go faster, so that helped alot. Also some other teams coach tried to tell his girl that i was dying and that she should pass me and that made me even more mad so i sped up some. I felt no pain in my hip at all today, i felt good overall, hopefully since this week was so much high mileage that after next week when we bring it down a little, i can run alot faster in the next race.
