Blind Fartlek-Take Two

Comments:
After spending the night in the Pink Pig and not eating very well either, my stomach was burning some and I really didn’t feel like running a workout. We took Coach's instruction to stay together, talk, and be relaxed to heart, especially for the first few intervals. I was interval #5, which was 1:00 long, so we were all very fresh and grouped well by that point. Coach gave us the option of finishing the last few intervals hard if we wanted to simulate a kick and everyone really took off at one point. I did not really kill the last few intervals, partially because I am not very good at running fast, and partially because I just wasn’t feeling it. The workout itself felt rather easy and I will need to push myself a bit more next week, though I’m sure I will get ample opportunity to do just that.
