Weather: cloudy and nice, but it could have drizzled a little more
Comments:
1 mile warmup
7 mile tempo
1 mile cooldown (suppose to do 2 but bc of certain factors aka my huge blister i only did 1)
7 mile tempo on the course
started with bekah and graham and we just rocked it out
came through the 8k in 31:30ish and we were just pounding (although within our hr). down the hill i would get graham and put some ground but then up the hill or a flat he would catch up.
