legs are beat up from yesterday, but coach wanted us to do the long run today so that we could be rested for a monster workout on monday...suposedly the hardest yet this year. went south on a 10 mile loop (actually more than 10, but ill round down), dropped a few guys off at the school, then ben, kevin, jon, dan, and i added on 5 more out and back going north. felt pretty relaxed the whole time. first few miles were slow, last few miles were slow, a few sub 7 miles in there, but kept it near 7 flat the whole time.
