Weather: 76/ very muggy

Comments:
o'boro inv. @ ycp this morning @ 9am.
15 minute warmup before the race.
strides and warmup drills to prepare.
with 3 girls out...syd,goose,kate
the other girls had to step up a bit 2 day.
we went 1,2,3,6,11=23
our race plan was'nt the best today.
we had alot of seperation early in the race and never worked together as a team. with this type of race sometimes you race to the competition.. wins a wins a win, but alot of work to do.
high mileage week, and the girls were leg weary.
must get everyone back helathy..
