Comments:
we ran a similar workout to the other week, where we each picked numbers that had corresponding times on the back. i got 6-2:00. we were instructed to take it out easier than before, so the workout felt pretty effortless. i was able to focus on my form and downhill running; i was glad to work on that. felt strong on the faster legs at the end and finished out well.
