Felt pretty good coming it, but legs felt a little tired out. Started off a little too fast, and came through the 3mi with Riggins at 16:49. We kind of slowed a little from there but we did a good job of pushing each other. I fell off Riggins right as we exited the woods loop, and he pulled 9 seconds on me from there. I thought it was a good teamwork race but I have to improve my kick. 14 second pr from last year at Oberlin, which is a faster course than this.
