Long run

Weather: mid 70s, sunny, nice

Comments:
Finally got the balls to do somewhat of a long run. Turned out to be a good one, though the first 3 miles didn't feel good at all and the last half mile my back cramped up from the dead lifts last night. Overall average good, definitely speeding up towards the end, finishing with 7:23, 7:22, 7:12, no wonder I started feeling so much more fatigued the last three.
