"Pre-Regionals" at Otterbein

Weather: got to be pretty warm for the women's race

Comments:
warm up/jogging the course (17 min?)
6k in 25:13 (apparently it was short)
42 min cool down

I was sort of where I should have been up until the first mile. However, I completely died (especially mentally) in the second mile - this needs to change NOW - but I somehow came back in the 3rd mile. So at least I ended on a positive note. Also, my shoe was untied from mile 2 on. Not very helpful mentally, but at least my shoe stayed on.
