Crappy Run

Allright, wanted to do a fast paced run to see how the ankle would do. Didn't want to run at Cabin John or Rock Creek so I did my usual neighborhood loop, which is like 1.5 miles. The first loop felt pretty good, hit 8:50. Second loop got real tired and the ankle began to stiffen up, hit 9:20. Third loop felt awful and I slowed doen and went 10:36. A little dissapointed but luckily there is time before the next meet so all is well.
